Log in using your university computing account information (andrewID and password). If this is your first time using our service, you will be prompted to provide some demographic information upon login (name, year, major). If you have any issues logging in, please contact us at the above email address.


LATE CANCELLATION: We kindly ask that you do your best to cancel your appointments as soon as possible by logging into the schedule. Late cancellation, of one hour or less, will result in a late cancellation notice. While we know sometimes it is inevitable, please be cognizant of your appointments. Your account will automatically deactivate if you have had three or more late cancellations within the same semester. 


ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION: Your account will automatically deactivate if you have had three or more missed (no-show) appointments within the same semester or if you've had three or more late cancellations within the same semester. You will need to email whood@andrew.cmu.edu before you can schedule any more appointments. We typically reactivate accounts within 24-hours.
